Seven years ago we set out to acquire and operate one business. 9 businesses later we’re still at it. This outcome was neither predictable nor inevitable. What got us here, beyond just luck (70%) and timing (20%) is our operating ethos (10%). Put simply? Move fast, buy right, and stick to the ownership mentality of a shopkeeper. 

Today we’re excited to announce that TDV Capital Partners is now Ethos Software.

Reinvention is part of every company’s journey, and our moment is now.

Ethos Software is a technology company. We acquire, hold, and operate SaaS and digital media businesses. Today we employ 150+ people straddling multiple verticals from education to enterprise services. Over the next 5 years our ambition is to grow to $100M in revenue. 

With a unified mission, shared resources, and a single balance sheet, Ethos will take us there.
